Regular,  Pro . Radio works in pretty much the same fashion as TV does.
This certainly isn’t the fastest card on the market by a long shot, but for casual gamers it should do them fine. Output quality is as expected, which is to say good as wonfer as S-Video and composite out from a PC goes.

ATI All-in-Wonder X Pro – IGN
December 2, February 25, Europe. For many, many moons now, ATI’s All-in-Wonder line of video cards have been a dominating force in the market of truly multimedia video cards. Round 2 footage on the Good setting and a 5: Video In The All-in-Wonder X Pro’s video-in capabilities are easily its strongest selling point and luckily its biggest strength as well.
Using the same Good setting, we recorded 4: The 3DMark score was run at the default settings.
It’s definitely a capable card, and it’s one of a few options out there in its price range, it’s the only one with all of the added multimedia features. The Longer setting looked great as well and saves quite a bit on disk space. If you’ve looked around at benchmarks for other X Pro cards you’ll likely know what to expect here. There’s a slight delay as the video is converted, about a second, maybe less, so gaming through this device certainly isn’t ideal.
Each of the All-in-Wonder Radeon cards is based on a Radeon chipset with extra features incorporated onto the board. So if we take a reasonable average of MB per 5 minutes of recording time for either of the higher settings, you’ll need a little under 2.
Archived copy as title. Setting up a recording is as easy as designating how often you want it to record once, daily, weekly, etc. The Video CD woncer looks OK, but it really should only be used for recording crap that you have no concerns over the quality of, or if you’re super low on disk space.

The cards use a variety of specialised ports along the side to provide output to televisions, with the retail version provided with composite ports and the ability to output to component. It’s not a huge deal, but the first use or two may take a bit of searching through menus to find all the options.
